Group classes
Get personal guidance and attention from a certified instructor. For every level, mood and goal, there is a class that suits your needs! Find the schedules on the club page or the app, section "Clubs".
Video Workouts
Most of our clubs offer these. Take them by yourself or join a group in the studio. An instructor will walk you through the session on a big screen. We recommend combining these classes with workouts using our equipment. If you prefer to train from home, you can also stream our video workouts on your TV, laptop or phone with My Basic-Fit or the Basic-Fit app.
With the Ultimate Membership, you can bring a friend with you to the gym whenever you train. Add them to your friends list through the app or via My Basic-Fit, and they’ll receive a personal link with a QR code to enter the club. You can bring a different friend each time.
In the Free Weight zone you can train with dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells and plates. You are moving freely and the muscles have to work together to lift the weight.
In the Stretch zone you are mainly training for core strength and balance/flexibility. This is done with equipment like a stretch rack, gym balls, foam rollers and mats.
We have a large range of cardio equipment. Perfect for improving your fitness and burning off calories.
The different weight training equipment in the Strength zone will help you work on all your muscle groups. You can set up the equipment to your length and preferred weight.
In the Virtual Cycling zone you can really put your fitness to the test with our Indoor Cycling classes that you follow on a big screen.
There is always a club near your home, office or on your way to your favorite shop.
