Free weight zone

I've been training at Basic-Fit for several years now. I go there in the morning 5 days a week, which gives me a good start to the day. My favourite place at Basic-Fit is the free weights area. A while ago I didn't dare go there. I've learnt to overcome my fears and to be more daring because the weights allow us to work both the upper and lower body.

Leg day lover

The best way for me to have a good training session for my legs is a combination of different exercices. I'm combining exercises with the bar on the squat rack, followed by free weights and the guided machines for my legs. This works great for me!

I love legg day because it's the day where I'm able to really push myself. To go beyond my physical and mental limits! 💪

strength zone

I like the strength/free weight zone because it allows me to clear my head completely. The fact that I have to count my reps, concentrate and push myself, is the best way to expend my energy both physically and mentally. I've always preferred weight training, because that's what suits me best. That said, when I'm feeling less fit, cardio is a very good alternative. I really enjoy the body balance class from time to time!

With a Premium membership, you can exercise together with a friend in more than 1400 clubs across Europe. Follow Virtual Workouts at home and make use of the Live group classes (if offered at your club). The Basic-Fit app is included and provides you with many training and nutritional advice.


Please note that the pass/QR code can just used by one person, a membership is not shareable.

Access to every Basic-Fit club in your country, of course! If the club offers them, you can take live group classes. And you can always take online group classes at home. You’ll also get access to the Basic-Fit app with its many training and nutritional schedules.

With a Comfort membership, you can train at every club in France. With a Premium membership, you’ll get access to all 1400+ Basic-Fit clubs across Europe. And you’ll also always get to bring a friend for free.

No, but if you’d like to come try Basic-Fit, you can buy a day pass. It’s €9,99 and with it, you can come train at one of our clubs. No strings attached. Buy your day pass at the Kiosk in our clubs.
