Free weight zone

I've been training at Basic-Fit for several years now. I go there in the morning 5 days a week, which gives me a good start to the day. My favourite place at Basic-Fit is the free weights area. A while ago I didn't dare go there. I've learnt to overcome my fears and to be more daring because the weights allow us to work both the upper and lower body.

Leg day lover

The best way for me to have a good training session for my legs is a combination of different exercices. I'm combining exercises with the bar on the squat rack, followed by free weights and the guided machines for my legs. This works great for me!

I love legg day because it's the day where I'm able to really push myself. To go beyond my physical and mental limits! 💪

strength zone

I like the strength/free weight zone because it allows me to clear my head completely. The fact that I have to count my reps, concentrate and push myself, is the best way to expend my energy both physically and mentally. I've always preferred weight training, because that's what suits me best. That said, when I'm feeling less fit, cardio is a very good alternative. I really enjoy the body balance class from time to time!

With our PREMIUM membership you can exercise together with a friend in more than 1300 clubs in Europe, you can follow GXR virtual group classes at home and you can use the Live group classes (if available at the club). The basic-fit app is included and it provides you with many training and nutrition schedules.


Please note that the pass/QR code can only be used by one person, the membership is not shareable.

With the COMFORT membership you have access to all Basic-Fit clubs in your country, you can follow GXR virtual group lessons at home and you can use the Live group lessons (if these are offered in the club). You also have access to the Basic-Fit app, including many training and nutrition plans.

With our COMFORT membership you have access to all of the clubs in France and with a PREMIUM membership you have access to more than 1300 Basic-Fit clubs in Europe and you can always bring a friend to work out together.

If you want to try out working out at Basic-Fit, you can do so with the day pass. For only € 9.99 you can visit a club once for a nice work-out. You are not tied to anything.
