Our group classes are free for all Basic-Fit members. They’re taught by our instructors, so you’ll get actual results. You can take any class you like, no matter your fitness level.

Group classes
Join other athletes in one of our clubs and let our instructor hype you up. Good to know: not every club offers live group classes.

Video Workouts
Most of our clubs offer these. Take them by yourself or join a group in the studio. An instructor will walk you through the session on a big screen. We recommend combining these classes with workouts using our equipment. If you prefer to train from home, you can also stream our video workouts on your TV, laptop or phone with My Basic-Fit or the Basic-Fit app.
