FAQ
You will receive a new Smart Bike delivered to your home and assembled. On top of this, you can enjoy one year of free cycling workouts of top instructors & more on the Basic-Fit Home App. Last but not least, you receive one year of free gym access to all our clubs in Europe.
You can immediately take out an ALL-IN membership via our website.
If you are already a member, log in via My Basic-Fit, where you can upgrade your current membership to ALL-IN free of charge. Again, the minimum contract period is 1 year.
For this amount you get the ALL-IN Smart Bike. In addition you get 1 year free access to the Basic-Fit Home App and can exercise for free in all our clubs with a Premium membership. You cannot buy the Smart Bike separately.
You buy the ALL-IN Smart Bike and pay for it once or in instalments. Do you choose to pay in instalments? Then you have to pay the full amount within the chosen term, after which you can use the Smart Bike.
