What is your why?

What is your goal? And why? If your "why" isn't important enough, it's hard to push yourself.

Losing weight, building muscle mass, being healthy, feeling fit, the list goes on. For many people, one of these results is the goal. But, if you don't think enough about why you really want to achieve this goal, you are starting from a weak place and your chances of success are reduced.

Is your aim to feel more confident?
To have the energy to play with your children?
Do you want to feel more attractive for yourself and your partner?
Do you want to improve your sports performance?

If you've found a deeper reason, you can always ask yourself an extra question.

For example:

I want to lose weight

Why do I want to lose weight?
I want to lose 10 kilos so I can fit back into my favourite trousers and feel physically better.

Why do I want to fit into my favourite trousers and feel physically better?
I want to achieve this because I know that when I feel physically better, I am more confident and that has a positive effect on how I am with the people around me

Why do I want to be more self-confident with the people around me?
I want to be more self-confident because it makes me a better person to be around.
