Leg day Lover
The best way for me to have a good training session for my legs is a combination of different exercices. I'm combining exercises with the bar on the squat rack, followed by free weights and the guided machines for my legs. This works great for me!
I love legg day because it's the day where I'm able to really push myself. To go beyond my physical and mental limits! 💪

The Comfort membership includes access to all clubs in Germany, the Basic-Fit app with 1000+ workouts, and group classes.
The Ultimate Membership includes everything from Premium, plus unlimited friend invites, membership freeze, and unlimited Yanga Sports water.
With the Premium membership you can invite a friend once a week, with the Ultimate membership, you can invite a friend unlimited times. In addition you can freeze your membership and enjoy unlimited Yanga Sports water.
With the Premium membership, you can invite a friend once a week, from Monday to Sunday. With the Ultimate membership, you can invite a friend unlimited times.
You can activate the membership freeze at any time during the year for up to 4 weeks. This option is available twice a year, giving you the flexibility to pause your membership when needed and resume whenever you're ready. When in a Freeze, you don't pay for your membership.
