After tearing my ACL, I was afraid to start training again. My body felt fragile, and my mind was filled with doubt. At the Feel Good Club, I learned to work with my body—through breathing, mindful movement, and patience. It’s not about higher, faster, further, but about trust, recovery, and mental strength.
