Basic-Fit app and Virtual Coach.
In the free Basic-Fit app and on the Virtual Coach (the orange station in each club with a touchscreen and weighing scale), you will find a huge range of exercises. Here, you can watch videos that show you how to do the exercise correctly. If you are in any doubt, be sure to use it!

General tips:
•    With equipment for arms and legs: keep your back against the backrest or support cushions and keep your core as still as possible.
•    Always keep the movement under control. Are you able pause at any time during the exercise, as if you are 'freezing' the movement? If not, the weight you are training with is probably too heavy.
•    Pay attention to your breathing during strength exercises. Breathe out when you are lifting the weight and breathe in when moving back to the start position.
•    Move at the right speed. A good guide is to start by counting to 3 when lifting the weight and counting to 3 when you are putting it back down again. Depending on your objective, you can adjust this speed as you start exercising for longer and your body gets used to the strength training.
