If you want killer abs, we suggest Abs & Core, and Xcore classes. Body Pump and Barbell are good fitness classes when you’re looking for intense strength training. If you want to workout your body and mind, come to one of our Yoga and Freedom Pilates classes for greater strength and availability. Meet up with others in the group class studio where your instructor will guide you through the workout on the big screen. If you simply prefer working out in the comfort of your home, with our Video workouts you can bring the classes to you. Wherever you are, just turn on the TV, flip open your laptop or put your phone down to get going. Stream a variety of our workouts whenever, wherever you want to from the Basic-Fit app or My Basic Fit.You can choose from over 100 classes and new classes are added every 3 months.
