GXR stands for 'Group Exercise Revolution'. Sounds exciting right? It is! GXRs are brilliant virtual group sessions in which the best presenters from the world of sport and television share their enthusiasm and passion for sport and exercise. Eleven different classes, ranging from HITT training, where you hit the extreme, to Yoga, where you leave the room completely relaxed and in a state of zen, are available.
GXR are lessons of 15 to 40 minutes that you can easily combine with another workout at the gym. If you have just completed a cardio programme, why not finish your workout with a Core or Abs Attack lesson in the group classroom?
GXR is offered at all Basic-Fit gyms (at no extra cost) and the lessons are updated every two months. So you can follow the lessons everywhere and you're sure to never get bored. Not in the mood to go to the gym? You can also do the GXR lessons at home using the video platform on the Basic-Fit app or on My Basic-Fit.
