How do you find the right balance between effort and relaxation? GXR Yoga combines ancient wisdom with modern beats and offers balance. Through standing and lying exercises, the muscles of your whole body become stronger and more supple. You work on a good posture with a straight back and control over your movements. The tempo in this class is significantly lower than in most of the GXR classes. This allows you to concentrate on yourself and feel what you are training during the class. Or adjust poses according to the options offered. At the end you can relax for a while. To bring the mind to rest and to let all the exercises have a deeper effect on the body.
