Get personal guidance and attention from a certified instructor. For every level, mood and goal, there is a class that suits your needs! Find the schedules on the club page or the app, section "Clubs".Video Workouts
Most of our clubs offer these. Take them by yourself or join a group in the studio. An instructor will walk you through the session on a big screen. We recommend combining these classes with workouts using our equipment. If you prefer to train from home, you can also stream our video workouts on your TV, laptop or phone with My Basic-Fit or the Basic-Fit app. -
