GRIT lessons are high-intensity interval workouts. You will be pushed to the limit and beyond! During the GRIT Strength class you will train with a dumbbell, disks or your own body weight. Meanwhile, during the GRIT Cardio lesson you do a lot of exercises with your own body weight, without using any materials. The exercises are simple and easy to follow, but still intense! The instructor doesn't stand in front of the studio, but trains with you and makes sure you get the most out of your workout with personal instructions and motivation. In addition, some clubs also offer GRIT Athletic, a workout where you can improve your fitness level and perform like an athlete. During this cardio workout you will use a step bench and you will do exercises with your own body weight.
