You can cancel the membership by filling in the form for dissolution of the contract and emailing it to us (klantenservice@basic-fit.be) or sending it to us by post (Basic-Fit, Postbus 3124, 2130 KC Hoofddorp, The Netherlands).
Right of withdrawal
If you subscribed for a membership on our website, you have a 14-day withdrawal period within which you may cancel your membership. If you have not used your membership within this period, this cancellation is cost-free. If you have used the membership in this period, Basic-Fit can charge costs for the membership pro rata (from the date of activation of the membership until the date of cancellation, including any potential registration fee).
