If the 14th day falls on a weekend or holiday, the right of withdrawal will expire at the end of the first next business day.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to a registration made to the Club.
If you decide to make use of your right of withdrawal and the subscription has not been used during this 14-day period, this cancellation is free of charge. If the subscription was used during this 14-day period, Basic-Fit may reserve the option to retain a portion of the subscription amount paid pro rata (i.e. from subscription activation until the day of cancellation, including any registration fees). You will be refunded as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receipt of your request for cancellation of the Subscription, using the same payment method as the one initially chosen by you.
You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal at the Self-Service Terminal.
