Motivaction adheres to the Code of Conduct for Research and Statistics (Gedragscode voor Onderzoek en Statistiek) and meets the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act (Wet bescherming persoonsgegevens) and its successor with effect from 25 May 2018: the (European) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
For online research, dashboards and data storage, Motivaction uses its own hardware that is hosted at an ISO-27001-certified data centre in the Netherlands.
