What is Body Combat?
Body Combat is a cardio workout, in which you use powerful combat moves to vent your excess energy. This program contains elements from many different disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay-Thai, and will leave you feeling empowered.
Live group classes
The live Body Combat classes are run by certified instructors. You will get the guidance you need and be motivated to give it your all.
Oriental martial arts
The contents of the classes is derived from oriental martial arts. The combination of different disciplines has enabled for the creation of the most effective boxing class. You start the class by learning the different movements. This will make sure you are well warmed up. During the class you visualize your opponent and the fight can commence. You give everything you can, rest in between rounds, and then go for it again. At the end you stretch all your muscles to complete this kick ass workout.
