Video Workouts

In the club or at home!

VIDEO WORKOUTS are super cool virtual group lessons where the well-known presenters from the world of sports and tv, drag you into their enthusiasm and passion for sports and exercise. Eleven different classes, varying from HIIT classes, where you push your limits, to Yoga classes where you will leave the room completely Zen. VIRTUAL Wokrouts are 20 to 40 minute classes that you can combine with another workout in the club. If you have just finished a cardio program, finish your training with an Abs & Core, a Barbell or a Box lesson in the group lesson studio!

Video Workouts are offered in most of our Basic-Fit clubs. Visit a specific club page on our website to find out if the Video Workout lessons are offered in the clubs. The lessons are updated every three months, so you will be able to enjoy plenty of variety.

If you simply prefer working out in the comfort of your home, with our Video workouts you can bring the classes to you. Wherever you are, just turn on the TV, flip open your laptop or put your phone down to get going. Stream a variety of our workouts whenever, wherever you want to from the Basic-Fit app or My Basic Fit.You can choose from over 100 classes and new classes are added every 3 months. So you will never be bored! With the Basic-Fit app you can stream all workouts to make your fitness adventure even more complete.

I've always been really into sport. Since I was little, I've always been involved in both individual and team sports, both of which have taught me really important values, such as cooperation, commitment and passion. Qualities that help us to become better people in our everyday lives. So there's always been room in my life for sport, and I'm now lucky enough to be able to say that my passion has become my profession. My Bootcamp classes are an accumulation of everything that I learnt when I first started my journey with sport: Perseverance, hard work, challenge, companionship, competition, etc. All of that is combined in this HIIT workout with strength and cardio exercises. All it takes is just 30 minutes of your day, and you'll feel the same way I do in no time at all! So what are you waiting for? Give it a go!

As a child, I was very active and restless. I would be running around all day, playing. So sport has always been a really important part of my life. Plus, my father has been a sportsman all his life, and he passed down his indescribable passion to both me and my brother. Right now, my whole existence revolves around sport. I'm lucky enough to be able to do something I love for a living, something that makes me feel good, and, above all something that makes me happy. With the classes, I have a personal goal that I'm gradually working towards. I wanted to learn about everything that was involved in creating classes that are accessible to everyone, as I believe that to do something well, you have to understand its roots. That's what being a presenter means to me: being a part of where it all starts and sharing my knowledge with others. In my case, I present Yoga, and for me, what's special about it is that it's different from any other class. It combines the best of yoga with full body training, i.e. strengthening, stretching and even meditating. Try it yourself.

Sport has always been really important to me. I love any type of activity, especially if it pushes me to my limits! Ultimately, new challenges and new experiences are what I look for in my life. I'm always ready to push myself beyond my limits. That's why I'm a presenter: I love to challenge my students and I love knowing that I can really change their lives through what I do. I love seeing them become more passionate, more committed and more satisfied. If you haven't already, I encourage you to come and try my classes so you can see for yourself. The classes are perfect for everyone of course, but especially for anyone who loves a challenge and to have fun. The music and the type of exercises involved make it a really unique experience. "It is said that discipline is the cornerstone of freedom". That is my greatest motto. From a very young age I have received a complete artistic and sporting education, which I later combined with university. Graduating in dance at the Conservatory of Madrid, training so many hours a day and missing out on certain things in my adolescence has been possible thanks to the discipline and love of sport. During all that time I have experienced in my own body that sport gives us the discipline we need for all areas of life, at any age. That is why I am aware of how necessary and beneficial it is for everyone, not only physically, but also mentally. My main objective in a class is to seek body awareness through a beautiful and clean aesthetic, something that Basic-Fit Pilates works on enormously. That's why I want my students to feel strong and have total control over their bodies. Ultimately, sport is a universal language and that is what I like the most.

Sport is a passion for me, it is part of my life. Since I was a child I practiced many sports; athletics, cycling and soccer ... until one day I tried boxing and discovered my true passion. I have ad a lot of great experiences boxing and I love being able to share them though teaching sportst help people train and achieve their goals. I fought to fulfill a dream, and I am now a professional boxer, and have been since 2010; when I first fought in several Spanish Championships and International Championships. At the same time, I have been able to realize another of my dreams, to graduate in Physical Activity Sciences of Sports (INEF). Since I was a child I wanted my life and sport to go hand in hand, and luckily, and thanks to fighting, being consistant and enjoying what I do, I dedicate myself to what I like the most. I am convinced that work, perseverance, passion and the fact that you believe that you can achieve it can make you all your dreams and everything you set your mind to come true. I have been teaching group classes for many years and it is a challenge as well as a great motivation, where I get to share everything I have learned during these years. The classes have it all, its way of working and the great team of people that make it up make it a unique program, where training and fun are combined, where while you train your favorite activity, you have fun in the best way, with the best instructors, with the best professionals, the choreography, the music, the stage ... What more could you ask for? If you like boxing, kick boxing or contact sports, Box is your program. I encourage you to try it. Because in boxing as in life, ''you don't fight because you are brave, you are brave because you fight.''

I have been involved in the world of sport since I was a child. I started rhythmic gymnastics at the age of 5 and, after two years, I took up roller figure skating until I was 15. But I also combined it with two other sports: swimming and indoor football. And when I stopped skating, I took up dance and aerobics. That's where my love for this world was born. I have been working professionally in the world of fitness for more than 20 years and I have always combined it with dance and my studies. I graduated in Physical Education and Musical Theatre, and I have trained in Pilates, Yoga and Barrefit, as well as Fitness. I love my job, it's my passion and that's why I never stop studying, learning and improving as a professional in this sector. Including Basic-Fit, a new experience, a new door where I not only enter to show my knowledge, but also to learn and grow. Basic-Fit has created some really excellent and high quality programmes, and I'm really looking forward to try them!!!!

Hi I'm Jessica and I'm thrilled :) I have been lucky enough to discover my passion for sport since I was very young when I competed in gymnastics, so I decided to study Physical Education, but also being passionate about music and dance, I specialised my career in the world of Fitness. I gave my first class when I was 15 years old and I am passionate about any form of fitness. I have practised, taught and/or given training courses in aerobics, step, functional training, cycling, boxing... I am very happy to collaborate with Basic Fit and to continue delivering such positive values to society. I love helping others and seeing them happy. So every day I am proud to continue on my chosen path and keep growing.

My relationship with physical activity began as a child with sports such as basketball, swimming and triathlon, and continued with my university studies in physical activity and sport sciences (INEF). Although I was not always as athletic as I am today. As a child, my overweight made me feel very insecure, and it was then that I discovered in sport a source of motivation and self-improvement on a physical level and, above all, on a mental level. Today, training gives me not only health, but also a lot of happiness. Being able to transmit this happiness in my classes, as well as having a positive influence on the lives of others, makes me love my job. I don't think there are people who don't like sport, but people who haven't found the perfect activity for them. As an instructor my goal is to help you find it, and with the diversity of programmes Basic-Fit has, I'm sure we can do that!

I come from a very sportive family, as my father was a professional boxer and my uncles competed in 3 Olympics in swimming. Since I was very young, sport has accompanied me and I have practiced different disciplines such as athletics, cycling and gymnastics, until I reached the competition in Aerobic Sport, winning the Silver medal in Japan. That was the moment when I decided to dedicate myself 100% to Fitness and become an instructor. The best decision of my life. And since then, at the same time that I practised sport, Dance became another of my passions, especially urban dance. I trained until I was able to work in TV programmes as important as Operación Triunfo and to be a dancer for different singers recognised in the music scene. In short, my life has always been the perfect combination of Dance and Fitness, with which I feel healthy and happy. Now, with the Basic-Fit programmes, I will be able to find another way of channelling that happiness in each of its classes, and I invite you to join me and enjoy it as much as I do! I look forward to seeing you soon at Basic-Fit.
