Right of Withdrawal
If you register through the Basic-Fit website, you have the right to withdraw, without motivation, within 14 days from the date of your registration.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to a registration made to the Club.

The period for exercising the right of withdrawal by Founding Members, arising from distance contracting, runs from the opening day of the Club.

How can I exercise my right of withdrawal?
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by completing this form and sending it by email to servicioalcliente@basic-fit.es

or by postal mail to Postbus 3124, 2130 KC Hoofddorp, The Netherlands, to the attention of Basic-Fit.

Do I have to pay anything if I exercise my right of withdrawal?
If you do use our services during this reflection period, Basic-Fit may charge you a proportional part of the plan price and the registration fees.
You will be refunded as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receipt of your request for cancellation of the Subscription, using the same payment method as the one initially chosen by you.
