The Barbell group class will get you training a different muscle group during each track. While using a barbell bar, you can determine the intensity by choosing the amount of weight that is right for you. Good music and a lot of variation in the exercises will ensure a nice 30-minute workout. Your whole body - legs, butt, back, chest, arms, shoulders and abs - will feel that you have done this workout!
