Our group classes, make use of the latest technology, and they’re run by the best instructors in the world. For those of you who crave intense workout routines, we’ve got you covered. Join ourBody Combat, Body Attack, Bootcamp, Virtual Cycle, XCore, Zumba, and more classes. They’re all as fun and inspiring as they are effective. You’ll have a blast burning off all those calories! If you want killer abs, we suggest Abs & Core, and Xcore classes. Body Pump and Barbell are good fitness classes when you’re looking for intense strength training. If you love the vibe and energy you can only get from a workout with an instructor, then live group classes are your thing. Go to the nearest Basic-Fit and enjoy a fitness class on-site. Join a group of fellow gym members for an intense session with plenty of extra motivation and positivity from your instructor. Some of the biggest names in sports are ready to help you break a sweat during our Video Workouts. Meet up with others in the group class studio where your instructor will guide you through the workout on the big screen. If you simply prefer working out in the comfort of your home, with our Video workouts you can bring the classes to you. Wherever you are, just turn on the TV, flip open your laptop or put your phone down to get going. Stream a variety of our workouts whenever, wherever you want to from the Basic-Fit app or My Basic Fit.You can choose from over 100 classes and new classes are added every 3 months. So you will never be bored! With the Basic-Fit app you can stream all workouts to make your fitness adventure even more complete.



The best way to make working out at the gym more exciting is through attending group classes. And there are so many different types of fitness classes to choose from! You can choose classes that focus mainly on cardio; some work specific muscles, while others are designed to help you relax. Our Live group classes include options like Zumba, Xcore, Pilates, RPM spinning and many other workouts. With our Virtual group classes, you’ll join our famous instructors for everything from Aerobics, Barbell and Bootcamp workouts, to Cycling, Xcore and Yoga sessions. If your schedule is too tight on your gym days, you can stream a On-Demand workout from any location you want. So take your pick, you’ll find plenty of options to suit your needs!
