You can choose your own level. To make it easy, we've already created a list of some workouts so you can get started right away! THE RIGHT TOOLS FOR AT HOME
Most workouts and group lessons can be done without material. For the lessons where you do need tools, you can buy the materials in the club or in the Basic-Fit webshop. Here you can find the Xcore tube or Booty bands! Go For It!
TRAINING WITH WEIGHTS
We understand if you still like sports with weights and want to have a handy solution for this. Here are a few tips:
- Train with a pack of sugar
- Fill a bottle with water (or 2) and use it as a dumbbell / Xcore tube
- Put some books in your backpack and squat!

From April 6th, you can use the Audio Training Outdoor to do a great running session outside in the fresh air! 🏃 You can determine what your route will be. You have a choice of 2 training sessions: a round of 21 minutes or 30 minutes. Also you don’t have to think about your warm-up and cooling down, we’ve included it in the program!
