Quick answers to help you feel ready for your first visit.
You’ll need a few basics to get started: comfortable workout clothes, clean indoor shoes, and a water bottle. A towel is required during your workout, and you can bring a padlock to use the lockers.
Around 30 to 45 minutes is a good place to start. That’s enough to try a few exercises and get familiar with the gym, without overdoing it on your first visit. Bonus: with Premium & Ultimate, we've got massage chairs included to recover after your workout
Yes, of course. You can always ask a host in the club, or book an introduction session with a personal trainer to go through the basics when you join.
You don’t need a workout plan before you go. You can start with a few basic exercises.
If you prefer a bit more structure, the Basic-Fit app offers beginner-friendly plans and tutorials to help you know exactly what to do.
If you're not sure how to use a machine, don't worry. It's completely normal. Most machines have easy-to-follow instructions on them, and you can always ask a host or another member in the club if you’re unsure. You can also check the Basic-Fit app for short tutorials that show you exactly how to use each machine.
