RHYTHM RIDES

Cycle to the best music and turn your workout into a party! The rhythm determines your pace and gives your motivation an extra boost. The intensity of your workout depends on the bike resistance and level of the workout you choose. Rhythm Rides vary in duration between 20 and 60 minutes per session.

Cycle through the most beautiful landscapes and the most impressive mountains. Enjoy the views while our top trainers take you on classic real-life cycling routes such as the Alpe d'Huez, Col du Tourmalet and many more. Get the perfect outdoors vibe while doing your Virtual Cycling workout.

Spin those legs - How it works

In the Virtual Cycling zone you put your fitness to the test with our Indoor Cycling workouts that you follow on a big screen in our clubs. You can start a session at any time of the day. Grab those earphones, connect your audio and let those leg muscles burn!

1. Choose Class

Use the touchpad under the screen to select your workout. Pick q workout that suits your level and intensity wishes the best.

2. Connect to your phone

Connect to the "Virtual Cycling" Wifi network and use the AudioApp (download from your app store by scanning QR code on the screen) to connect your phone audio with the Virtual Cycling audio channel.

3. Let's ride!

Adjust your bike saddle and handle to your preference. Hop on the bike and get ready to sweat!
