Group classes make going to the gym just that little bit more fun. They are sociable, varied and challenging. That's why at Basic-Fit, we have a wide range of group classes, both live and virtual. And the great thing is, the virtual group classes are included in your membership! Oh, and if you don't you have the time or inclination to go to a Basic-Fit gym, you can also take part in the virtual group classes at home. How convenient is that?
GXR (Group Exercise Revolution) are Basic-Fit’s virtual group classes. Really enjoyable classes set to exciting music taught by the best instructors, who are well-known in the world of sports and TV. Their passion for sport will keep you motivated. Every group class lasts 20 to 40 minutes, so you can easily combine a class with a different workout.
An excellent range
Basic-Fit offers an excellent wide range of GXR virtual group classes. You can choose between eleven different classes: Urban Yoga, Indoor Cycling, HITT (High Intensity Interval Training), such as Bootcamp and Cardio Box, power training classes to strengthen your muscle strength and train your body into shape and dance workouts, such as Latin Dance and Dance Party. All of these classes are very energetic and invigorating. We’re certain you’ll love them. We change the classes every two months so that they continue to challenge you.
Taking part in group classes at home
You can take part in the virtual group classes at every Basic-Fit club. However, if you don’t feel like going to the gym or haven’t got the time to go the gym but you still want to exercise, you can also take part in the virtual group classes at home. That is the advantage of virtual training - you can do it anywhere ;-). You can download this appthe Basic-Fit app for free and you will have access to the virtual group classes at home.
