Group classes
Get personal guidance and attention from a certified instructor. For every level, mood and goal, there is a class that suits your needs! Find the schedules on the club page or the app, section "Clubs".
Video Workouts
Most of our clubs offer these. Take them by yourself or join a group in the studio. An instructor will walk you through the session on a big screen. We recommend combining these classes with workouts using our equipment. If you prefer to train from home, you can also stream our video workouts on your TV, laptop or phone with My Basic-Fit or the Basic-Fit app.
With the Premium Membership, you can bring a friend with you to the gym once a week, from Monday to Sunday. Add them to your friends list through the app or via My Basic-Fit, and they’ll receive a personal link with a QR code to enter the club. You can bring a different friend each week.
With the Ultimate Membership, you can bring a friend with you to the gym whenever you train. Add them to your friends list through the app or via My Basic-Fit, and they’ll receive a personal link with a QR code to enter the club. You can bring a different friend each time.
Basic-Fit Zelzate is located in Debbautshoek. In the immediate vicinity of the fitness you will find the Losloopweide Groenplein, a park where you can enjoy a relaxing walk or outdoor activity after your training. The Sassepoort shopping center is also nearby, which is ideal for doing groceries or enjoying a snack after a workout.
