About RPM

RPM stands for rotation per minute, and once you join a session you’ll feel why. In just one hour, you’ll put all your raw energy into keeping up pace with your instructor encouraging you all the way. It all comes down to how much you are willing to push yourself. Each ride has plenty of ups, downs, and changes of speed to keep you guessing and to keep the workout exciting. All our instructors are Les Mills-certified and will lead you during the spinning classes on journeys of sprints, climbs and flat riding with interspersed peaks of intensity.
