What do you mean too fat?
That's for me to say!

What Cherella says about it.
Read her story here.

1. What does being fit mean for you?

Starting my day with a sense of well-being and feeling happy in my own skin, whatever the day might bring.

2. Have you ever had any unpleasant comments about your level of fitness or your muscular body?

Fortunately, I've never had any negative comments about my body shape.

3. Our campaign is all about body positivity. How do you see this?

This is something I feel very strongly about, especially because of my work as a plus size model. I try to show people that you can have pride in yourself and your appearance no matter what.

4. Which of your goals have you already achieved?

I feel happy in myself & how I am inside and outside. I enjoy the work I'm lucky enough to do & I like to feel I can inspire other women. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd be able to do something like this.

5.What goals do you still want to achieve?

To inspire and motivate more people to feel comfortable in their own skin.

6. Who or what motivates you to keep fit?

I do! I like working out in the morning best, so I can start my day feeling fit. I put on a good playlist & and do my thing. The feeling of being in great condition after working out is my motivation.

7. Have you got any tips to inspire others on their fitness journey?

Do it for yourself. Don't get hung up on a perfect image. Don't feel self-conscious when you're working out, you're there for yourself and no one else. Try to find something that suits you. For example, I do the exercises I enjoy least first, then I get on the treadmill when I can enjoy watching my favourite TV series.
