Back Care

In this workout we work on awareness and movement of the spine. By working on mobility and strength, we strengthen the core muscles and control over the back. This program is not specific for people with back problems, but rather for people who want to prevent problems. The workout consists of 2 parts. 8 exercises for mobility and no less than 10 exercises for increasing strength and control of your back in daily life.
