This is a varied Pilates workout set to music which uses muscle toning and stabilization exercises that improve posture. The exercises are always supported by a breathing technique, where you inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth with some resistance. The breath always takes place in the rib cage and moves to the flanks and back (lateral costal breathing). Furthermore, there is an emphasis on the powerhouse (pelvic floor, neutral position of spine or imprint, deployment of transversus abdominis, navel to spine). The exercises are performed on a small surface (a yoga mat), initially without materials. You use your own body as a training tool.
