Our XCORE group classes train your whole body while burning up to 350 calories per session. No matter what level you are, we promise it will be fun, effective and you’ll achieve amazing results.


About XCORE 

With great music driving you on and keeping your energy levels high, the 45-minute workout will fly by and leave you wanting more. XCORE is a highly functional workout that builds strength in your stomach, back, legs and arms using the XCO-trainer device. This aluminum tube is filled with grit that moves back and forth as you follow along with your instructor’s movements. This helps stimulate all your muscles in multiple directions as you push and pull to balance the device. 

How XCORE differs from other workouts

 When using the XCO-trainer device, you’re getting the benefit of something called reactive impact. That means that your muscles work overtime trying to balance the motion of the device. Think of the grit moving inside the aluminum tube. When you stop moving, it keeps going. Your muscles must do extra work to stop its momentum and move it in the opposite direction. This helps you get so much more from your workout in the same amount of time.

How XCORE improves your fitness

With all the extra work your muscles must put in to control the XCO-trainer device, your body develops a lot of power and balance in a shorter amount of time. It all adds up to some impressive fitness benefits like:

XCORE group lessons and Premium Membership 

GXR group lessons are free to all Basic-Fit members. If you have a Premium Membership, you are also welcome to bring a friend, colleague, or family member along to work out with you. There’s nothing better than having a workout buddy to encourage you.
