BASIC-FIT – FOUNDING MEMBERS
1. Organizer
This lottery is organized by Basic Fit Spain, S.A., a company incorporated in accordance with Spanish law, with registered office in Malaga (29004), calle Horacio Quiroga, 35, and Tax ID No. A82553447, and registered in the Commercial Registry of Malaga, under volume 6336, folio 35, sheet MA-174283, (hereinafter, “Basic‐Fit”).
2. Prize
On the occasion of the opening of a new club in Spain selected by Basic-Fit to be part of this lottery, participants have the chance to win the following prize:
A Basic-Fit Founding Member Basic Plan subscription, worth 19.99 euros for each 4-week period, for a limited period of one year (this is,13 4-week periods), for the Reference Club.
Subscription allows access to the club selected by Basic-Fit only (the “Reference Club”) and not to the rest of Basic-Fit clubs.
In order to enjoy the prize, which consists of accessing the Reference Club, you must first accept the Basic‑Fit General Terms and Conditions (https://www.basic-fit.com/en-es/about-basic-fit/terms-and-conditions) and the Internal Regulations (https://www.basic-fit.com/en-es/about-basic-fit/our-houserules).
At the end of the one-year offered period, the subscription will automatically terminate unless you want to keep the subscription by subscribing and paying its price. To do so, you shall contact Basic-Fit Customer Service (https://webshop.basic-fit.com/en/es/contactus) before the end of the one-year award period.
There will be no cost for the winner for prize delivery.
The lottery prize is not interchangeable, refundable or transferable to third parties. The awarded participant will be required to pay the applicable taxes and fees.
3. Terms and conditions for participation
Participation in this lottery is open to anyone of legal age. The participation of minors under 18 years old is prohibited.
Participation in this lottery does not involve any expense.
Participation in the lottery is open from the time is posted on our website until two weeks prior to the opening of the designated club.
4. Winner Designation
The winner will be determined by drawing from among all participants who have met the conditions set forth in Article 3 above.
The draw will be carried out at the premises of Basic-Fit, in a totally random manner, among the valid entries received.
The results will be announced before the opening of the selected club to the public.
Winner will be contacted directly via email.
5. Personal data
If you decide to participate in the lottery, you consent to the use of your personal data for the purpose of establishing your identity as a participant, notifying you in the event that you are the winner of the lottery and to give you the prize.
The personal data of the participants will be kept for a period of 3 months and will be processed by the Marketing Department of Basic-Fit.
As a participant, you have the right to exercise your right of access, correct and delete your personal data by contacting Basic-Fit directly at marketing@basic-fit.es.
